In order to ensure a seamless and efficient process during the upcoming ceremony, we kindly request that all eligible students complete the online employability survey on or before October 17, 2023. Completing this survey is a prerequisite for receiving a cloak and garland from your respective ATI.

To access and complete the employability survey form, please follow these instructions:

  1. Visit the survey portal at student.sliate.ac.lk.
  2. For both your username and password, please use your registration number.
